Established in 1822, the Royal Buckley Town Band is a friendly community brass band based in Buckley, Flintshire.
In response to the Coronavirus pandemic, all our activities stopped for nearly two years, including rehearsals, concerts, contests, other group activity & individual lessons.
We are now looking forward to celebrating our Bicentenary year in style as we return to rehearsals and engagements.
Royal Buckley perform all styles of music, from traditional brass band repertoire to arrangements of modern pop songs and more. Instantly recognisable and proudly at the head of many a parade, Royal Buckley are busy throughout the year with various engagements and are ranked Second Section.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Royal Buckley faced some of the most challenging times ever encountered in our 200 year history.
From March 2020 to December 2021, every event was cancelled & we need to raise funds, to cover the cost of maintenance & utilities for our band room, to ensure we are able to rehearse & perform once more.
