Royal Buckley Music Academy

Wednesday

Beginners: 6 - 6.20pm

Improvers: 6.30 - 7pm

Newly formed in January 2025, our Music Academy gives young players the chance to learn, grow and discover the joy of making music together. We aim to spark imagination, build confidence, create life-long musical memories and inspire the next generation of brass musicians.

We pride ourselves on being a welcoming and inclusive organisation, ensuring that every young person can take part comfortably and confidently, whatever their starting point.

Whether playing their very first notes, or developing their early skills, our young players are supported in a friendly, encouraging environment, where progress and enjoyment go hand in hand.

B.T Big Band

Rehearsals: the first Thursday of the month

7.30 - 9.30pm

BT Big Band is a friendly, community‑minded ensemble formed in memory of our friend Ben Thomas.

We celebrate the music we love while raising funds for charities close to Ben’s heart.

We always welcome new members who would like to share in the music and the spirit of the band.

Royal Buckley Senior Ensemble

Our Senior Ensemble brought together skilled and enthusiastic players who met weekly to share their love of music, develop their playing and perform simply for enjoyment.

They were a cherished part of the Royal Buckley family, contributing so much to the musical and social life of the organisation. Always in demand at community events and local functions, they brought a distinctive warmth and spirit to every performance.

Their years of service and community impact will always be recognised and valued.
